I apologize to everyone. I did not mean to be away so long but I have had a number of adventures. A couple of them were not very much fun at all. The worst was when mommy and daddy went away and left me with Gus and his family.
I like my house. I don’t know why mommy and daddy thought I should go and be in another house. I like my house. This other house had strange smells and things, but mostly it did not have my mommy and daddy. I was scared. Gus tried real hard to be nice to me; and his mommy and daddy were too. But I was scared. I got very sick.
Gus’s mommy and daddy took me to a very strange place. When we were there people shaved my tummy and gave me lots of needles and medicine. I did not have fun. I was scared. Did I tell you, they shaved my tummy. They put gooey things on me. They put needles in my neck and left me with a big lumpy feeling that took a long time to go away. They gave me medicine that made me wobbly.
But I think all these things worked, because my mommy and daddy came back. I got to go home again. I was happy.

Gus came to visit! I like it when my buddy Gus is at my house. We play and have lots of good times together. I like my buddy, Gus!
We had a great many outstanding adventures during this visit. Our people were acting very strange, but they had very many NEW toys. Some of them were fuzzy, some of them moved, some of them were fun to bite… but best of all some were krinkly! You could crawl under them, charge through them, scatter them around the room and even HIDE in them! I have never seen so many fun things at one time. There was a HUGE pile of these krinkly toys!
I got to chase Gus through these toys! He hid under them, peeked out, and let me jump on him. When I jumped Gus made his favorite play sound…. RRREEOOOW hsssssssss. AND! He showed me his teeth and waved his feet in the air! He likes to do that. We rolled on the floor and ran after each other. Everyone thought we were funny. They laughed. Gus and I were VERY busy. Things flew in the air. We moved VERY fast. It was fun.
In the end, we were both extremely tired and needed to sleep. Our mommies and daddies still wanted to play with balls, jingles and strings, but we needed to sleep. It was a very fun time.

This site is focused on a couple of very important kitties: Gus (a long haired, part Maine Coon) & Tim (black and white, tuxedo short haired).
As time progresses, you will learn more about these two fuzzy guys and their pets! You will hear about their adventures, their friendships, and their travails.
We’d like to tell you that this is a serious BLOG, as it, in fact, is. Because neither Tim nor Gus are that talented in human typing, their pets will contribute much of the text on this site. Every effort will be made to ensure accuracy. Gus & Tim will be well represented by their sponsors!
